アニメーション中に Y 軸の変更を停止するにはどうすればよいですか?

アイデアは、毎年の人口と収入のアニメーション ヒートマップを作成することです。問題は、y 軸が 0 を含むようにジャンプしたり、最高値を含まなかったりすることがあります。軸の値をしっかりと設定するには？これは一般的な問題であることはわかっていますが、答えが見つかりません
