私はAPIの説明に導かれて少しミスしました。粒度パラメーターを渡すと、すべてが正常に機能しました。また、$ client-> addParameterGet（'granularity'、'best'）を使用して追加する必要がありました。これは、oauth署名が機能しないためです。
