私の問題は、開発中のフォアマンを通じてシン (およびその他のプロセス) を実行することに関連していると思います。ルーティングと監視を機能させるために、次を追加しました。

newrelic_rpm 2.13.4-> 2.14.0からアップグレードした後、Rails3.0.5でも同じ問題が発生しました
