CPU からデータをアップロードするために、GPU メモリにバッファを作成しようとしています。GPU アクセスは読み取り専用になります。データは、計算シェーダーの入力バッファーとして使用されます。

CreateBuffer() がエラー 0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG) で失敗します。ドキュメントを読み、どの引数が失敗の原因であるかを発見せずにもう一度読みました。
