TabHostの上にカスタムバーを作成しています。何らかの理由で、カスタムバーはTabHostの上に表示されず、代わりにその後ろに描画されます。理由はわかりません。これが私のXMLです：

TabHostレイアウトのルートとして使用しないでください。であなたのTabHost内側をLinearLayout入れてくださいorientation:vertical。

次に、 の内側LinearLayoutと の前にTabHost、ActionBar を配置できます。
