python-3.x - ubuntuサーバーにdeepspeechをインストールする際のエラー

このエラーが発生したとき、実際にdeepspeechをpip3とpython 3.6.9を備えたraspberry 4にインストールしようとしていました：

No matching distribution found for deepspeech

使用時

pip3 install deepspeech
