こんにちは、mysql でパスワードを設定するためのオンライン tut をたどろうとしましたが、これは回復できないエラーにつながりました。

1) phpMyAdmin-2.11.10 これにより、下にメッセージが表示されたログイン ボックスが表示されます: mcrypt をロードできません。私はワンプで有効にし、libmcrypt.dllをwindowsとwindows\system32フォルダーに入れました。それでもメッセージが表示されます。パスなしでログインボックスにルートを入力すると、2番目のエラーが発生します。

2) mysql エラー

1130 - ホスト 'localhost' は、この MySQL サーバーへの接続を許可されていません
