Windows Server 2016 と ADFS 4.0 を使用しています。
AD フェデレーション サービスのトラブルシューティングの一環として、https: //adfshelp.microsoft.com/diagnosticsanalyzer/Analyze に従って NuGet とモジュールをインストールする必要があります。

上記のスクリプトは、Powershell ISE Run as Administratorを介して、ドメイン管理者としてログインして実行されました。
