connected_componentsNetworkX2.5のノードのセットのみを取得します。古いバージョンで正しく覚えていれば、サブグラフが返されました。コードを調整するには、次のことを行う必要があります。

# probably you want a list/set instead of a NodeView
components = [list(p.nodes()) for p in components
