主な問題は

しかし、私が理解していないのは、cairo 1.20.0 しかインストールされていない場合、cairo 1.14.6 であるということです。
docker を更新し、cairo と pycairo を再インストールし、python パッケージを更新しようとしましたが、エラーはまだ残っています。
