c# - .netcore 3.1 から Amazon MQ (RabbitMQ) への接続を作成する際のエラー

Question

以下の私のコードは、AmazonMQ (RabbitMQ) に接続するために .netcore 3.1 (RabbitMQ.Client 6.1 を使用) にあります。

factory = new ConnectionFactory

自己コンテナーを使用してコードを公開し、マシン (Windows 10) では問題なく動作しますが、Windows 7 で実行すると、このエラーが発生しました。

しばらくしてエラーを掘り下げて検索して試した後 (たとえば、ファイアウォールをオフにする、アプリケーションのインバウンド アウトバウンドのルールを追加するなど)、これを修正する方法がわかりませんでした。誰でもこれを修正するのを手伝ってくれます。どうもありがとうございました。
