reactjs - reactjsアプリの起動中にgifsicleバイナリが見つかりません

Question

package.json で gifsicle バージョン 5.1.0 を使用していますが、アプリケーションの起動で次のエラーがスローされます。node_modules/gifsicle/vendor フォルダーの下にバイナリ gifsicle が必要ですが、「yarn dev」でアプリケーションを起動しようとしても機能しません。どんなポインタも役に立ちます
