We are unable to create ads through API though it has valid payment method. Ad account and end advertiser page are having admin permission under our parent business system users. While creating an ad, I used parent business manager admin system user access token.
注 : Facebook の広告マネージャー UI で広告を作成すると、同じ API が機能します。しかし、その API は初めて失敗します。
