C で、NDIS ドライバーのprottest.c サンプルコードを使用して、レイヤー 2 経由で Raw イーサネットフレームを送信しようとしています必要な構造と情報がない場合、Writefile 関数は常にエラー 87 (パラメーターが正しくありません) を返します。

TCP/IP スタックなしで Raw のレイヤ 2 でこの関数を使用して書き込むことはできません。何が問題なのですか?
