リスト項目にクリック可能なビューがあるため、Onlistitemclick は呼び出されません。チェックボックスを削除して、クリックを獲得できるかどうかを確認します。

項目レイアウトでチェックボックスを直接使用する代わりの方法があります。android:choiceMode="multipleChoice"必要に応じてリストビューに使用します。
