rgdal のインストールでもまったく同じ問題が発生します。

一部のgeomacバイナリがstats.ox.ac.ukに保持されていることは知っていますが、テストするためのライオンマシンにアクセスできません。試す：

最初にGDALフレームワークをあなたと同じようにインストールすることで、MacOSX Lionで両方を機能させることができました。

Jim M に従って適切な構成引数を使用したにもかかわらず、rgdal をインストールするときに、同一ではないにしても、同様の問題がありました。ただし、rgdal 0.6.33 を動作させることができました (バージョンは、KyngChaos で配布されています: http://www .kyngchaos.com/files/software/frameworks/rgdal-0.6.33-3.zip )。

可能であれば 0.7-1 を動作させる方が明らかに良いのですが、これは一時的な解決策かもしれません (0.7-1 が失敗する原因がわかりません)。また、64 ビット R を実行している OS X 10.7.1 を使用しています。
