APPが.mdfファイルをSQLサーバーに添付できるようにする管理者資格があると仮定して、ユーザーインスタンス= falseを設定します（編集：接続文字列でこれをfalseに変更します）。

それが、現在、上記のエラーが発生している理由だと思います。これですべての問題が完全に解決するとは言えませんが、エラーの解決に役立つはずです。
