名前にスペースが含まれている場合は、作成スクリプトで名前の前後に角かっこを追加します。
最後のキー列がすべてnullの場合、欠落しているものはないことがわかります。
元のリクエストのように主キーなどを除外するのは簡単です。
注:このソリューションはインデックス付きの列とインクルードされた列を区別しないため、注意してください。
