このAPIは何年も前から存在しており、Windows 98以降は機能していました。残念ながら、x64では確認できません。

他のWindowsツールを使用して正しいシリアル番号を確認できますか?ちなみに、「0」は有効なシリアル番号です。これは、ディスクイメージがバックアップなどから復元された場合に発生する可能性があります。
