存在しない。インライン スクリプトを使用すると、バックエンドの PDF ライブラリに直接アクセスできます。ライブラリで許可されているものにのみアクセスできます。サポートされている 2 つのライブラリ (CPDF と PDFLib) は、HTML の操作をサポートしていません。

他の方法で同じ結果を達成できないと言っているわけではありません。0.6.0 リリース (現在はベータ 2) は、指定された場所のすべてのページでレンダリングされる固定位置要素をサポートしています。
