WCFWebAPIを使用してRESTsvcを作成しました。GETリクエストは問題なく機能しますが、PUTリクエストを機能させることができないようです。リソースがないように404エラーが発生し続けますが、あります。

わかりませんが、Put in the WebInvoke Attributeの代わりにPUTも試してみましたか？（ぎこちなく聞こえますが、プレビューなので可能かもしれません）

IListの代わりにListを使用してみましたか？

もう1つの可能性は、リクエストのContent-Typeを明示的にtext/xmlに設定する必要がある場合です。

IIS（Express）でホストしている場合は、デフォルトで無効になっているPUTとDELETEを有効にする必要があります。

問題を見つけました。問題は次の行にありました。

信じられないかもしれませんが、「method」パラメータでは大文字と小文字が区別されます。に変更：
<WebInvoke(UriTemplate:="WebMaint", Method:="PUT")>問題を修正しました。http404エラーを受け取るよりも良い解決策があるはずだと思います。
