単一のテーブルからログイン日時とログアウト日時をペアにして、稼働時間を計算します。

EmployeeLogInOut テーブル:

TransactionID bigint,
TransactionDate datetime,
Type smallint,
Automatic bit,
SalesDate datetime,
EmployeeGUID uniqueidentifier,
DepartmentGUID uniqueidentifier

以下のサンプルデータを参照してください。

タイプ: 1 = ログイン 2 = ログアウト

自動: 0 = 手動 1 = 自動

従業員が一日の終わりにログアウトしないと自動的に発生します。従業員がログアウトしていない場合、システムは従業員を 1 日の終わりに自動的にログアウトします。

また、ソフトウェアの更新が発生した場合などに、従業員が自動的にログアウトされる可能性もあります...

レポートの場合、毎日 (SalesDate) に従業員がシステムにログインしていた時間を計算する必要があります。

結果を次のようなテーブルに入れようとしています

LogOnTime datetime, 
LogOffTime datetime,
DurationInMinute int,
DepartmentGUID uniqueidentifier

しかし、各 logIn に対応する logOut が存在しない可能性があり、その逆も同様であるため、このアプローチではエラーが発生します。

LogOut 時刻に対応する LogIn Datetime が存在しない場合、対応する LogIn Datetime を実際の salesDate の 06:00 に設定できると考えました。

また、LogIn Datetime に対応する LogOut Datetime がない場合は、05:59 に設定できます。

または、対応しないすべてのログイン/ログアウト エントリを無視します。

PS: EmployeeLogInOut テーブルも、データの入力方法も変更できません。
