設定を何度も確認し、再確認しました。

私のサービスは IIS でホストされ、実行されており、web.config で上記の URL をリッスンするように設定されており、自動開始を構成しており、設定を変更すると更新されたので、リッスンする必要がありますが、まだありません。サービスが表示されます。

この net.pipe エラーが発生しました。イベントログにエラーが表示されないように、その修正に従いました。

他に不足している可能性があるもの、または確認できるものはありますか?

ホステッドサービスはどのように "リッスン" し、どのようにサービスデータをサービスバスに "公開" しますか? どのように/なぜ失敗しているのかを確認するために嗅ぐことができるものはありますか?

ネットワークのセットアップが重要であり、特定のポートを開く必要があることなどを認識しています。IT 担当者は、正しいポートが開いていて、マシンがそれらを通過できることを保証します。

また、サイトとサービスで自動開始を有効にしました。

更新プログラムでサービスを自己ホストすることができました。これにより、サービスが Azure サービスバスフィードに発行され、サービスバスエンドポイントを使用して Web 経由でサービスを呼び出すことができます。これは、ネットワークポートがすべて開いていることを証明しますが、それでもIIS でホストします。
