QRコードをエンコードおよびデコードするアプリケーションをpythonで構築しようとしています。エンコーダーで成功しましたが、Python でデコードするためのライブラリ (ただしzbar ) が見つかりません。Windows 7 システムで Python 2.7 を使用しています。

システムにzbarをインストールできません。ライブラリに必要な依存モジュールをインストールしましたが、インストールしようとするたびに非常に多くのエラーが発生し、zbar.h と zbarmodule.c に非常に多くの構文エラーが発生します。理由がわかりませんし、問題が何であるかについてもわかりません。
