classpath*:/servlet-context.xmlアプリケーションのクラスパスのルートservlet-context.xmlからすべてのリソースをロードします。

/myproject/WebContent/WEB-INF/spring/appServlet/servlet-context.xmlただし、はクラスパスルート上にまったくないため、Springはファイルを無視し、空のコンテキストを構築します。

servlet-context.xml真下に移動してみてくださいWEB-INF/classes（つまり、にWEB-INF/classes/servlet-context.xml）。
