それを見つけた ！犯人はandroid:layout_gravity="center"中の人です。LinearLayoutこれを削除するだけで、すべてうまくいくはずです。

プログラムでスクロールできます。

  1. xml から android:layout_gravity プロパティを削除します
  2. onResume 関数にスクロールを追加

アウターLinearLayoutの高さはに設定されていmatch_parentます。wrap_content代わりにすべきです。内側LinearLayoutにも高さが必要wrap_contentです。
