何が起こっているのかよくわかりません。他のアカウントではこのエラーが発生せず、何が起こっているのかについての情報がどこにも見つからないようです。
アカウントの所有者は、その特定のアカウントに広告があると言っているので、そのアカウントには商品広告があります。
