チャットでビデオを再生する WhatsApp のようなピクチャー イン ピクチャー モードでアクティビティを直接開く必要があります。試してみましたが、アクティビティが正常に起動し、ボタンをクリックしてピクチャインピクチャモードに入るコードを適用すると、動作します。
ボタンをクリックせずに、ピクチャーインピクチャーモードでアクティビティを直接起動する必要があります
