java - 検証後に TextWatcher が繰り返される EditText Android

マスク「##-###.###」がEditTextあり、結果は11-111.111なので、TextWatchを使用することにしたので、そうしました..

これはWebServiceを消費しますが、テストのために、OKメッセージを含むトーストが2回実行され、理由がわかりません...
