docker - librabbitmq を App Engine Google Cloud Platform にインストールする方法

librabbitmq を App Engine GCP にインストールしようとしましたが、うまくいきませんでした。https://github.com/celery/librabbitmq

他のすべての pip パッケージは、yml ファイルを介して requirements.txt にある場合は正しくインストールされますが、このパッケージは機能しません (コンパイラー、gcc がないなど)。

これを App Engine にどのようにインストールしますか?
