android：clickable = falseまたはandroid：focusable = "false"を設定しようとしましたが、機能しません。

特定のListViewアイテムをクリックできないようにする1つの方法は次のとおりです。

list.setOnItemClickListener(new OnItemClickListener() {
    @Override
    public void onItemClick(AdapterView<?> parent, View view,

了解しました。cell.xmlにあります

そのため、セルを追加するたびにテキストが描画されます。アダプタからテキストを変更するのではなく、メインxmlでこれを宣言する必要があります。
