システム：Ubuntu 11.10 x86_64 CUDA：v 2.1

matrixMulのようなサンプルプログラムを作成しようとすると、大量のエラーが発生します。そのほとんどは「不明な型名'size_t'」です。PATHに/usr/ local / cuda / binを配置し、/ etc/ld.so.conf.dの.confに/usr/ local / cuda/libを配置するようにしました。

あなたを確認してください#include <stddef.h>

これがC++プログラムの場合は、行を追加してみてくださいusing namespace std。

この問題は、「bin」または$PATHとは何の関係もありません。これは、コンパイル時に取得するシステムヘッダーとシステム定義と関係があります。

CUDAをアップグレードしてください！

CUDA 2.1は2008/9にリリースされたので、アップグレードする必要があります（たとえば、CUDA 4.2に）。公式にはUbuntu11.10はまだサポートされていません。私自身は試していません。主な問題は、GCC4.5.2をインストールする必要があることです。サポートされているバージョンの詳細については、リリースノートを参照してください。
