FlowHandlerMappingに変更してみてください

Webflow用のディスパッチャーサーブレットを作成することで、問題を解決できました。これが理想的な解決策かどうかはわかりませんが、うまくいきます。mvc と webflow の両方が正常に動作するようになりました。
