uiscrollview - UISCrollView は上部に戻るため、下部が表示されません

Question

私は UIScrollView でテストしており、その中に UILabel を配置しました。ポイントは、UIlabel全体を読むために一番下までスクロールしようとしていますが、上にドラッグするのをやめるとすぐにスクロールビューが下に戻り（ラバーバンド効果）、最後の3行のテキストを読むことができません。

scrollView.contentSize = CGSizeMake(320, 600);
