Herokuの出力で気付いたのは、「Windows Gemfile.lockが検出され、無視された」ということです。

Bundlerに関するHerokuDevCenterの記事を読みました。これには、Gemfile.lockに関する次の点が記載されています。

GemfileのプラットフォームセクションにmswinやmingwなどのWindowsエントリが含まれている場合、Gemfile.lockファイルは無視されます。

たまたま、Gemfileに前述のセクションが含まれていますか？含まれている場合、プラットフォームセクションを削除/コメントアウトすると（テストのためだけに）どうなりますか？
