NumPy を更新/アップグレードしようとしていますが、失敗しています。NumPy の複数のバージョンが異なるディレクトリにインストールされている可能性があると思いますが、python はデフォルトで古いバージョンをインポートします。何か助けはありますか？

numpy パッケージのパスを確認します。

import numpy
print numpy.__path__

そして、インストールしたばかりのものかどうかを確認してください。
