Windows 7 でプロジェクトをビルドするためにいくつかの依存関係をインストールしようとしています。必要だと思った Ruby の依存関係で Cygwin をインストールしました。

実行するgem install buildrと、次のエラーが表示されます。助言がありますか？

Builder は、Windows 上の JRuby でのみサポートされています。rjb を Windows にインストールすることはできますが、これは面倒なプロセスです。JRuby は非常に高速です (JDK7 ではさらに高速です。チームへの称賛)。
