translateAutoresizingMask行をコメントアウトすると、次のようになります。

Break on objc_exception_throw to catch this in the debugger.

The methods in the UIConstraintBasedLayoutDebugging category on UIView listed in <UIKit/UIView.h> may also be helpful.

私の経験では、collectionViewCells（およびtableViewCells）は自動サイズ変更マスクを必要とするか、表示される例外をスローします。ただし、追加したサブビューが原因で制約の競合が発生しているため、サブビューからマスクを削除するだけです。

backgroundView.translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints = NO;  
pricesView.view.translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints = NO; // you might get it to work without doing this line

また、allocを使用して（つまり、xibからではなく）作成したビューのマスクを削除することを忘れないようにしています。ほとんどの場合、それらは競合を引き起こすからです。
