同じ問題の解決策を探してここに来る人のために、解決策があります。http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-4.7/porting_to.htmlを「Name lookup changes」の下で見た後(nm の提案に従って)、rapidxml_print.hpp ヘッダーを変更して、print_node 関数の宣言の直前に次のようにしました。 (私のファイルでは、これを 104 行目の直後に挿入しました):
