Boost 正規表現ライブラリとはリンクしません。これはヘッダーのみではなく、リンクする必要があるライブラリもあります。

試す

$ c++ -I $PATH/boost_1_52_0 filename.cpp -o filename -L$PATH/to/libraries -lboost_regex

カスタムビルドのブーストを使用しているように見えるため、ライブラリへのパスも設定する必要があります。
