問題は、CF_FILEDESCRIPTORW または CF_FILEDESCRIPTORA の場合、Windows が Seek 関数をサポートせず、正しい StreamStat.cbSize フィールドをサポートしない IStream を提供することです。そのため、TFileDescriptor レコードの nFileSizeLow フィールドと nFileSizeHigh フィールドからストリーム サイズを取得する必要があります。また、TStream.CopyFrom(oOLEStream, 0 ) を使用することはできません。2 番目の引数がゼロの場合、TStream はサポートされていない Seek 関数を呼び出し、EOleSysError 例外が発生するためです。
