Windows 7 で tomcat をダウンロードして解凍しました。Java sdk、Java jre、およびネット Bean もインストールしましたが、正常に動作します。私が抱えている問題は、Tomcat をインストールした bin ディレクトリに移動し、startup.bat ファイルを実行するときです。Tomcat の私のバージョンは 7.0.37 です。startup.bat 内の JAVA_HOME を次のように変更しました。
