ファイル名をエコーする行をコメントアウトする必要があります。コンテンツをブラウザーにエコーすると、PHP はテキスト出力用のヘッダーを自動的に生成するように強制されるため、ファイル名のテキストを提供できます。

ブラウザへの出力が開始されると、追加のヘッダーを送信できなくなります。これが、出力パス バンドル関数のヘッダーが無視され、パスがダウンロードされない理由です。
