レポート内の coxph() オブジェクトからテーブルを作成するために、knitr/xtable を使用しようとしています。モデルに pspline 項を含めない場合、すべてが期待どおりに機能します。単一のチャンクで:

しかし、ペナルティ付きスプライン項を含めると、summary() オブジェクトの構造が変化し、スロット$conf.int
と$coeff
スロットが使用できなくなります。
