私はJavaの初心者であり、ソケットプログラミングの初心者でもあります。

私が作成したこのプログラムは、クライアントとサーバー間の p2p ファイル同期を可能にすることを目的としています。

ピアが別のピアとの TCP 接続を確立すると、両者は所有するファイルのリストを比較し、ファイル交換を続行して、両者がまったく同じファイルを持つようにします。TCP 接続は、ピア プロセスが接続のいずれかの端で手動で終了されるまで、開いたままにする必要があります。

このプログラムのコードを作成するために、オンライン チュートリアルや同様のプログラムを調べました。ただし、サーバーを実行した後、クライアントを実行すると、コンソールに次のエラーが表示されます。

IOException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

エラーを解決する方法を教えてください。よろしくお願いします!
