camera.release() の後に camera.stopPreview() を呼び出すとエラーが発生するように見えます。これは、stopCamera() メソッドがおそらく 2 回呼び出されているためです。それぞれのティアダウン コードの後で camera と cameraSH を null に設定すると、これが発生しなくなります。stopCamera() で推奨される修正:
