これは EF 自体とは関係がないようです。アセンブリに無効な型があるようで、EF がそれに触れるだけなので、吹き飛ばされます。このタイプを手動でロードしようとすると (例: Console.WriteLine(typeof('STORAGE_DEPENDENCY_INFO_Union').FullName);)、プロジェクトに EF がなくても同じ例外が表示されます。使用しない場合は、タイプを修正するか、(それに依存するコードとともに) 削除する必要があります。
