azure - Azure ストレージ エミュレーターが LocalDB に接続できない

LocalDb への接続を拒否する Azure ストレージ エミュレーターに問題があります。名前付きパイプを使用して ODBC 接続を作成する前は、問題なく動作していました。どうしたの：

• Mathematica からデータベースのデータにアクセスする必要があったため、ODBC 接続を生成しました。
• ODBC が (localdb)\v11.0 に接続できなかったので、代わりに名前付きパイプを使用しました。

それ以来、Azure は機能しなくなりました。SDK2.0にアップグレードしましたが、役に立ちませんでした。DSInit.exe を実行しようとしましたが、次のようになります。
