Stack Overflow と Brew の問題ページ ( https://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/wiki/Common-Issues#brew-update-complains-about-untracked-working-tree-files）しかし、まだ運がありません。自作/複製について不平を言っているため、少し異なるエラーのように見えます。
