  1. ANSIエンコーディングとしてファイルを作成しようとしましたが、それでも同じエラーが発生しました

ant.cmdスクリプトは OS/2 用であり、Windows 用ではありません。

実行する必要がありますant.bat。またはant、ant の bin\ ディレクトリが PATH` にある場合は、ここで詳細情報を見つけることができます
